Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Shape the Cookies: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll them into balls, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Slightly flatten each ball with your hand or a spoon.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
