INGREDIENTS
°1 1/2 cup sweetheart sugar
°2/3 cup evaporated milk
°2 tbsp ghee or butter
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°2 cups miniature marshmallow
°1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate
°1/2 cup chopped pecan or nut
INSTRUCTIONS
Things first, prepare all the ingredients. Then set up the model, usually I choose a small piece, about 9 inches, and form it and cover it with foil.
Place sugar, butter, salt and condensed milk in a medium bowl. Put the pot on fire and boil it with his heart constantly. Boil it for 4 minutes, remember to flip it a little occasionally, the block should become soft and not nice. The sugar should dissolve totally.
Take off the pot of fire and add marshmallows, nuts, chocolate bites and vanilla extract. Mix the mass until the marshmallows dissolve.
Put the hot candy in shape and refrigerate to cool. The candy should be cooled in the fridge for two hours, after which you take it out and cut it into pieces.
