•1 box of chocolate cake mix
•2 eggs {beat}
•1/3 cup of oil
+frost
•1/2 cup of butter
•2 tablespoons of cocoa
•3 tablespoons of milk
•2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Combine cookie ingredients in a large bowl and mix until completely combined. Note: the dough will be thick.
Using a medium cookie scoop {or 1 tablespoon heaped}, scoop cookies onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool for 4-5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Repeat until all of the dough is done.

Combine first 3 frosting ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until mixture is dissolved. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar, and whisk until smooth.
Pour the frosting over the biscuit. Use a knife or spatula to slide off the excess frosting, making sure each cookie is completely covered.
