Ingredients:

🌿 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions:

Cook the Bacon:
πŸ₯“ Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside.

Preheat & Prep:
πŸ”₯ Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Layer Tater Tots:
πŸ₯” Line the bottom of the baking dish with a single layer of frozen Tater Tots.

Prepare Egg Mixture:
πŸ₯š In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the crumbled bacon, half of the chopped green onions, and half of the shredded cheese.
