Ingredients:
°Boiling Jumbo – boil first
° Spaghetti sauce
°15 ounces of ricotta cheese
°8 ounces of torn mozzarella
°1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan
°1 Egg
°1 tablespoon of parsley
°1 tablespoon of basil
°1 teaspoon of oregano
°Salt
°Fresh cracked black pepper
° garlic
Methods :
Step 1
Mix all the above ingredients together, as well as the mozzarella.
2nd step
I put the sauce in the pan, put it in the sauce and cover it with mozzarella (I use an ice cream scoop which works well).
Step 3
Place the foil on top, set the oven to 350 to bake for 25 minutes and remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
