INGREDIENTS:
° Two tablespoons minced garlic
° teaspoon
° Lemon juice
° Red onion
° Parsley cubes
° Salt and Pepper
PREPARATION:
Heat a frying pan to cook the prawns over high heat until hot, then add a spoonful of sunflower oil and the minced garlic.
After mixing the old fixings, add the prawns and other fixings.
Note: The shrimp is crimped into this holder to structure a layer, then it is turned over on both sides until it is totally finished, along with the rest of the quantity.
Remove the prawns from the heat, then, at this point, add the lemon juice. Serve hot with watercress, a green portion of mesclun and bread.
