Protein Banana Oat Breakfast Squares

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup honey
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, honey, and milk until smooth.
Stir in mashed bananas until fully combined.
Fold in rolled oats and baking powder until evenly mixed.
Pour batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Cool completely before slicing into squares.
Store chilled for best texture and easy meal prep.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and texture.
Rolled oats provide the best structure; avoid instant oats.
Allow the bake to cool fully before slicing for clean edges.
These squares firm up nicely when refrigerated.
Freeze individual squares for up to 2 months for easy breakfasts.
