Key Lime Pie Trifle

Ingredients:

 

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

Zest of 2 limes

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 package (10 oz) graham crackers, crushed

2 tbsp melted butter

1 cup fresh whipped cream (for topping)

Lime slices & extra zest (for garnish)

Directions:

Prepare the Lime Cream Filling:

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla until smooth.

Make the Whipped Cream:

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime cream mixture until fully combined.

Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer:

Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.

Assemble the Trifle:

In a large glass bowl or individual cups, layer the graham cracker mixture, followed by the lime cream.

Repeat layers, finishing with a final layer of lime cream.

Garnish & Chill:

Top with fresh whipped cream, lime slices, and extra zest.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
