Ingredients
°A cup of unsalted unsalted butter
°Squeeze a single lemon
°Half a cup of sugar
°1 egg
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°2 cups flour, divided
°1 teaspoon of salt
°22 teaspoons baking powder
°2 cups of fresh blueberries
°Half a cup of milk
°1 tablespoon coarse sugar for decoration
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9″ x 13″ skillet and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix the butter, lemon zest and sugar together. Adding eggs & vanilla & whisk to combine.
In separate mixing bowl, whisking together 1 & 14 cups flour, salt, & baking powder. Stir the blueberries into the remaining 1/4 cup flour.
