INGREDIENTS
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°2 Tbsp brown sugar
°2 tablespoons garlic powder
°1 C. paprika
°2 tablespoons onion powder
°2 Tbsp chili powder
°½ tsp salt
°¼ tsp pepper
°Separate chicken wings, drumsticks and wings
°½ cup Louisiana hot sauce
°1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
Before you start, clean all counters and wash your hands with soap and hot water. Also remember to wash utensils and cutting boards and your hands after any contact with raw meat or eggs. Avoid cross-contamination by using a different board for meat and other foods. Make sure to cook your food at safe temperatures and refrigerate leftovers within two hours. Steps
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add the chicken wings to the mixture and toss to coat.
Place the chicken wings in batches in the fryer basket. Cook for 13 to 15 minutes, turning after 7 minutes, or until the wings are tender and cooked.
Mix the chicken wings with the hot sauce until well coated. Serve with the blue cheese dressing.
