Ingredients
1 small cauliflower head
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour for dredging
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Break the cauliflower florets into medium-small pieces. Boil them in salted water for 7-9 minutes, depending on how large your pieces are. Drain and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper.

Dredge the cauliflower pieces in flour and then dip them into the egg mixture.

Add vegetable oil (about 4 tbsp.) to a large, non-stick skillet. Fry the cauliflower over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until it turns golden brown on each side.

Garlic Sauce Recipe
To make the garlic sauce, mix 1 tbsp. of minced garlic, 1 tbsp. of chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp. of olive oil together.
