Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 Butter Recipe Cake Mix
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
1 small box of instant chocolate pudding
1 stick melted butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 oz. bag of chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
Beat eggs, water, and vanilla by hand with a wink. Stir in cake mix and pudding mixes. Slowly add butter and oil with a hand mixer or electric mixer. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips (save a few to garnish the top if desired). Spoon into a Bundt Cake Pan or Tube Pan (it will be thick)
Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes before frosting or adding a ganache glaze. if you chose to add frosting, it will melt if you don’t wait for the cake to cool and look like mine in the pictures. Go crazy and experimetn with toppings!!
Ganache Glaze
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Ganache Glaze Instructions
In a saucepan over medium/low heat, add cream and bring to a low simmer. Reduce heat to low and add the chocolate chips and whisk just until chocolate chips are melted. Continue whisking until mixture is shiny and smooth. Let cool 15-20 minutes
Drizzle ganache over the cake.
