
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (16 oz) box Rotini, cooked
1 (10.5 oz) can French Onion Soup
3 cups shredded mozzarella
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 cups mushrooms, diced (optional)
2 tbsp butter
¼ tsp paprika
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp garlic powder
Black pepper, to taste
½ tsp celery salt
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
Instructions:
In a skillet, sauté the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter. Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Cook the ground beef in the same skillet until browned. Stir in the French onion soup and let it simmer.
Mix in the cream cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, then stir in the shredded mozzarella.
For an extra cheesy finish, broil the dish briefly. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
