Ingredients
° 1 ½ lbs. Large peeled and flowered shrimp with tails
° 2 tbsp. olive oil
° 3 tsp. Unsalted butter
° 3 tsp. garlic
° C. white cook wine
° 1 C. Heavy whip cream
° ½ c. Grated parmesan cheese
° Salt and pepper
Instructions :
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat on the stove.
Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry on both sides until burnt and cooked through. Removing From heat also set apart .
Minimzie heat to medium, & adding butter also garlic to skillet. Frying until butter melts.
Stirring white cooking wine in skillet & simmer to the liquid is reduced by half.
Whisk heavy whipping cream in the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Mix the Parmesan cheese with sauce and add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring well.
