1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken cubes with black pepper and salt.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and cooked through.
Lower the heat and drizzle honey over the chicken.
Add cottage cheese gently to the skillet.
Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the top.
Cover and let everything melt into a creamy sauce.
