Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Remove from oven, then sprinkle the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
Return to oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with green onions (if using) before serving.
Tips:
Spread the tater tots evenly for consistent cooking.
Adjust seasoning to taste—add more ranch mix if desired.
