Cowboy Cassarole

Ingredients

45 mins
6-8 servings

1 lb ground beef (cooked & drained of grease)
1 can whole kernel corn
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
5 slices cooked & crumbled bacon
1 tsp salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small bag of Tater Tots (I used the mini ones)
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Start by cooking your hamburger meat & draining.
Step 2

Preheat oven to 375 degrees & while this is preheating cook bacon & crumble.
Step 3

Once meat is browned add sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, salt to taste,drained corn, crumbled cooked bacon & cream of mushroom soup to it. Mix well til all meat is mixed in with the other ingredients.
Step 4

In a 9×13 baking dish place meat in dish. Layer 2 cups of cheese evenly over meat. Then place tater tots evenly over the cheese
Step 5

Place in oven for 40-45 mins uncovered. Then remove from oven & layer 2 remaining cups of cheese on top the tater tots. Put back in oven for 5 more mins or until cheese is melted. Serve & enjoy!
