2 cups sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6-8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
2 green onions chopped
Optional Add-Ins:
A pinch of cayenne or paprika for a little heat.
Chopped jalapeños for spice lovers.
A handful of chopped chives for extra flavor.
Instructions
Combine sour cream and ranch seasoning in a large bowl. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions until well mixed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For best flavor, chill overnight.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra bacon or green onions. Serve with chips, pretzels, or fresh veggie sticks.
