Lemon–Honey Jalapeño Jam

This sweet-heat jam from deesviral is bright, zesty, and perfectly balanced — amazing on toast, cheese boards, or as a glaze for chicken and fish.

Ingredients:

• 6 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
• 1 cup fresh lemon juice
• Zest of 2 lemons
• 1 cup honey
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 packet (1.75 oz) powdered fruit pectin
• ½ cup water
• Pinch of salt

Directions:

Add jalapeños, lemon juice, lemon zest, water, and salt to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in sugar and honey, then return to a rolling boil.
Add pectin, stirring constantly, and boil hard for 1–2 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to clean jars.
Cool completely, then refrigerate.
