
Ingredients
4 medium apples
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup crushed strawberries
1 cup shortcake crumbs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Wash and dry apples thoroughly, then insert a stick into each apple.
Melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
Dip each apple into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly.
Roll the chocolate-coated apples in crushed strawberries and then in shortcake crumbs.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of salt to the chocolate before melting.
You can substitute apples with pears for a different taste.
