Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (high-quality or homemade)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken in a single layer.
Place chicken breasts flat in the prepared dish. If thick, pound or butterfly to even thickness.
In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the chicken, spreading to coat each piece evenly.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top—watch closely to avoid burning.
Let chicken rest a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for a juicier alternative.
Add crushed croutons or breadcrumbs before baking for a crunchy topping.
Include a pinch of red pepper flakes or hot sauce to spice things up.
Mix in mozzarella or provolone for extra cheesiness.
Serve with cauliflower rice or veggies for a low-carb option.
