For the Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
½ cup butter
¼ cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Bake the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare coating: In a shallow dish, mix flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken: Press each chicken breast into the mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated. Place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
2. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Whisk in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
3. Serve:
Plate the crispy chicken and drizzle generously with the warm garlic cream sauce.
