Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

2 tbsp softened butter

½ tbsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried parsley

4 slices of bread

1 cup shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

 

Prepare Garlic Butter – In a small bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix until smooth.

Assemble Sandwiches – Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. Flip two slices butter-side down, sprinkle cheese on top, then cover with the remaining slices (butter-side up).

Cook – Heat a skillet over low heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve – Enjoy immediately while the cheese is gooey and the bread is crispy!

Low heat is key – Prevents burning while ensuring the cheese melts fully.
