Cabbage rolls

Ingredients:

° 1 head of cabbage
° 2 pounds ground meat
° 2 shredded onions
°1 cup rice
° Salt, pepper, cilantro
° tomato sauce
° Quince 1 piece

Methods :

Step 1:
Boil cabbage, mixed meat, onion, rice, salt, pepper and chopped cilantro.
Step 2: Take a piece of cabbage leaf, wrap it in minced meat and roll it into a cookie. Put the cabbage rolls in a saucepan, cover with a plate, put the quince slices on the rolls, pour in the tomato sauce.
Step 3:
Cook until tender.
