Ingredients
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
1 ½ cups self-rising flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
Gradually add self-rising flour and salt; mix gently to avoid overmixing.
Stir in vanilla extract, honey, and melted butter. Fold in chopped pecans.
Pour batter into the dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
