Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1-8oz pkg sliced mushrooms
1 sm yellow onion-chopped
1 lg zucchini chopped
4 c rice-cooked
1 Tbsp garlic parsley salt
1 c carrots, chopped
Directions
1. In a Nonstick skillet Med/High Heat brown ground Beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Add in Mushrooms, until softened. Stir.
2. Add in Copped carrots and Zucchini. Sprinkle in Garlic Parsley Salt. Thoroughly Combined it all. Now Add in Cooked Rice. Stir again!
3. Serve it up with a Green salad or Fruit Salad, ENJOY!
