Ingredients
3/4 c chunky peanut butter
2 pkg chow mein noodles (5 oz each)
1 pkg marshmallows (10 oz)
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 c butterscotch morsels
1 chocolate candy bar, melted to drizzle (4.4 oz)
Directions
Test Kitchen Tips: Be careful to not have your stove too hot when melting the butterscotch mixture or it will burn and seize up. You may not need the entire 2nd can of noodles. We suggest starting with half the can to make it easier to coat the noodles.
1. Melt butter in a 5 qt saucepan swirling around to coat the sides and bottom.
2. Over low heat, add peanut butter and 1 cup of butterscotch morsels.
3. Stir until melted.
4. Add marshmallows stirring quickly. Stir the mixture until everything is melted.
5. Add chow mein noodles. Stir until they are coated.
6. Drop onto wax paper to your choice of size.
7. After the cookies cool for an hour, melt chocolate.
8. Drizzle with chocolate making a big dollop in the middle. Cool and put in a covered container. Enjoy!
