My brother, who loves cooking as much as I do, served this recipe at one of our family get-togethers. It was an immediate hit.
Prep time: 45 Min Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
2 lb green grapes (about 4 cups)
2 lb red grapes (about 4 cups)
1 c sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
TOPPING
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c toasted pecans, chopped
Directions
Test Kitchen Tips: For step 4, we ended up tossing the grapes in the cream cheese sauce and then pouring it into the bowl to ensure all the grapes were covered.
1. Wash grapes and allow them to dry. Remove grapes from the stems.
2. Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
3. Spread the grapes in a large flat pan (9×13). Spread the cream cheese mixture over the grapes all the way to the sides.
4. Top with the pecans and brown sugar just before serving. Enjoy!
