- 1️⃣ Cook the Bacon & Beef
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown beef with seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion, and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until creamy.
- 2️⃣ Layer the Casserole
- Spread beef mixture in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top with bacon and pickles.
- 3️⃣ Add the Cheese Custard
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup cheddar. Pour over the meat.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar.
- 4️⃣ Bake & Serve
- Bake 20 mins until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool 5 mins before slicing.
