Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb bacon chopped
  • lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 dill pickle chips sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar divided

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Cook the Bacon & Beef
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, brown beef with seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion, and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until creamy.
  • 2️⃣ Layer the Casserole
  • Spread beef mixture in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with bacon and pickles.
  • 3️⃣ Add the Cheese Custard
  • Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup cheddar. Pour over the meat.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar.
  • 4️⃣ Bake & Serve
  • Bake 20 mins until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool 5 mins before slicing.

Notes

Keto-friendly: Net carbs ~3g per serving (omit ketchup for even lower).
