1️⃣ Cook the Bacon & Beef
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
In the same skillet, brown beef with seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion, and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until creamy.
2️⃣ Layer the Casserole
Spread beef mixture in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Top with bacon and pickles.
3️⃣ Add the Cheese Custard
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup cheddar. Pour over the meat.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar.
4️⃣ Bake & Serve
Bake 20 mins until bubbly and golden.
Let cool 5 mins before slicing.
