Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb bacon chopped
  • lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 dill pickle chips sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar divided

Method
 

  1. 1️⃣ Cook the Bacon & Beef
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, brown beef with seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion, and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until creamy.
  6. 2️⃣ Layer the Casserole
  7. Spread beef mixture in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  8. Top with bacon and pickles.
  9. 3️⃣ Add the Cheese Custard
  10. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup cheddar. Pour over the meat.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar.
  12. 4️⃣ Bake & Serve
  13. Bake 20 mins until bubbly and golden.
  14. Let cool 5 mins before slicing.

Notes

Keto-friendly: Net carbs ~3g per serving (omit ketchup for even lower).
