- 1️⃣ Marinate the Beef:
- Toss sliced steak with cornstarch and soy sauce. Let sit for 15 minutes while prepping other ingredients.
- 2️⃣ Make the Sauce:
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin, sugar, and water. Set aside.
- 3️⃣ Cook the Beef:
- Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 4️⃣ Stir-Fry the Veggies:
- Add remaining oil to the pan. Sauté onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5️⃣ Combine & Simmer:
- Return beef to the pan, pour in sauce, and stir well. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- 6️⃣ Serve & Garnish:
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy over steamed rice or noodles!
