- Prepare the Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers for 4–5 minutes until softened.
- Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 4–5 minutes until browned. Set aside to cool.
- Assemble the Breadsticks:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into a ¼-inch-thick rectangle.
- Spread the steak mixture down the center, then top with both cheeses.
- Fold & Bake:
- Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined tray.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the dough.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve:
- Let cool slightly, slice into breadsticks, and enjoy warm with marinara or ranch sauce.
