Prepare the Filling:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 4–5 minutes until browned. Set aside to cool.
Assemble the Breadsticks:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll the pizza dough into a ¼-inch-thick rectangle.
Spread the steak mixture down the center, then top with both cheeses.
Fold & Bake:
Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined tray.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the dough.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
