Ingredients
Method
- Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add Wet Ingredients

- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Microwave
- Cook on high for 70–90 seconds* (until just set but slightly shiny on top).
- Let rest in the microwave for 1 minute (it keeps cooking!).
- Enjoy!
- Eat warm straight from the mug—top with extra PB or ice cream if desired.
Notes
Timing: Start with 70 seconds, check, then add 15–25 sec if needed.
Texture Key: Stop cooking just before it looks fully done—it firms up as it cools.
Fun Variations
Swaps: Use peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces, or toffee bits instead of chocolate chips.
Nutella Twist: Drop a spoonful in before microwaving.
Chocolate Version: Add 1–2 tsp cocoa powder to the dry mix.
Gluten-Free: Substitute GF flour 1:1.
