Brown the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned. Drain excess fat.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning. Set aside.
Make the Cheese Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk over medium heat.
Stir until smooth and melted, then add cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
Season lightly with salt & pepper to taste.
Combine Everything:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, beef, corn, and cheese sauce until evenly coated.
Bake:
Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot!
