- Brown the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning. Set aside.
- Make the Cheese Sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk over medium heat.
- Stir until smooth and melted, then add cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
- Season lightly with salt & pepper to taste.
- Combine Everything:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, beef, corn, and cheese sauce until evenly coated.
- Bake:
- Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve:
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot!
