Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb 16 oz ground beef
  • ½ medium onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prep & Cook Filling
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté beef, onion, and bell pepper until meat is browned and veggies soften. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until melted and creamy. Set aside.
  5. Make Cheese Shells
  6. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form 8 even circles with shredded cheese (about ¼ cup each).
  7. Bake for 8–10 mins until edges turn golden and cheese looks lacy.
  8. Assemble Wraps
  9. Let cheese cool 1–2 mins (just until pliable).
  10. Spoon beef filling onto each circle, then gently roll to wrap.
  11. Cool slightly to firm up before serving.
