Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers, bread, or chips.
Slow Cooker Method:
Combine all ingredients in a 3–4 quart slow cooker and mix well.
Cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is fully melted.
Let it cook for another 15–20 minutes to blend flavors.
Keep on WARM/LOW for up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Serve with your favorite dippers.
