Garlic Parmesan Meatloaves

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  • Mix ground chicken, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add garlic, egg, milk, parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until just combined (avoid overmixing).
  • Divide mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing gently to shape.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Top each meatloaf with marinara sauce and mozzarella. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
