Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup diced Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 16.3 oz can biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Cook Beef: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic, then drain excess fat.
  • Add Cheese: Stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Assemble Biscuits: Flatten each biscuit, spoon in the beef and cheese filling, then fold and seal the edges tightly.
  • Bake: Place the stuffed biscuits on a lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy warm.
