Garlic Butter Steak Bites Dish

Ingredients
  

  • Steak Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef steak cubed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Pasta & Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 lb pasta shells
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Sear the Steak
  2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add steak and cook until browned to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Cook the Pasta
  6. Boil pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. Make the Alfredo Sauce
  8. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium-low heat.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  10. Combine & Serve
  11. Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
  12. Top with garlic butter steak bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
