Ingredients
Method
- Prep Brownies:
- Bake brownies as per package instructions. Let cool completely, then cut into small squares (about 1.5-inch pieces).
- Make Cookie Dough:
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into 1-tbsp balls and chill for 10 mins (to firm up).
- Assemble Bombs:
- Flatten each brownie square slightly. Wrap around a cookie dough ball, sealing edges tightly.
- Chocolate Dip:
- Melt candy melts. Dip each bomb fully, letting excess drip off.
- Place on parchment paper. Add sprinkles or sea salt before chocolate sets.
- Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate 15–20 mins until chocolate hardens.
Notes
No-Bake Dough: The flour is safe to eat as-is, but for extra caution, heat-treat it first (microwave 1 minute, stirring every 15 sec).
Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for 1 month.
Serve Chilled: Perfect for parties—guests will go crazy for these!
