Prep Brownies:
Bake brownies as per package instructions. Let cool completely, then cut into small squares (about 1.5-inch pieces).
Make Cookie Dough:
In a bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla.
Gradually add flour, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
Roll dough into 1-tbsp balls and chill for 10 mins (to firm up).
Assemble Bombs:
Flatten each brownie square slightly. Wrap around a cookie dough ball, sealing edges tightly.
Chocolate Dip:
Melt candy melts. Dip each bomb fully, letting excess drip off.
Place on parchment paper. Add sprinkles or sea salt before chocolate sets.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate 15–20 mins until chocolate hardens.
