Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • Brownie Base:
  • 1 box brownie mix prepared as directed, cooled
  • Cookie Dough Filling:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Coating & Decor:
  • 2 cups chocolate candy melts
  • Sprinkles or sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep Brownies:
  • Bake brownies as per package instructions. Let cool completely, then cut into small squares (about 1.5-inch pieces).
  • Make Cookie Dough:
  • In a bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla.
  • Gradually add flour, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll dough into 1-tbsp balls and chill for 10 mins (to firm up).
  • Assemble Bombs:
  • Flatten each brownie square slightly. Wrap around a cookie dough ball, sealing edges tightly.
  • Chocolate Dip:
  • Melt candy melts. Dip each bomb fully, letting excess drip off.
  • Place on parchment paper. Add sprinkles or sea salt before chocolate sets.
  • Chill & Serve:
  • Refrigerate 15–20 mins until chocolate hardens.

Notes

No-Bake Dough: The flour is safe to eat as-is, but for extra caution, heat-treat it first (microwave 1 minute, stirring every 15 sec).
Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for 1 month.
