Make the Pretzel Crust:
In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ½ cup peanut butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper (or lightly greased). Set aside.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer:
In another bowl, blend the remaining ½ cup peanut butter with powdered sugar until crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over the pretzel crust and press down gently.
Create the Caramel Layer:
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies with heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
Pour over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly. Chill for 15–20 minutes to set.
Add the Chocolate Topping:
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Spread melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours (or until firm).
Lift out using parchment paper, slice into bars, and enjoy!
