Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn On The Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn husked
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare Garlic Butter:
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Grill Method (Recommended):
  4. Brush each corn cob generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
  6. Boil Method (Alternative):
  7. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn and cook for 5–7 minutes.
  8. Drain well, then toss the hot corn in the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Finish & Serve:
  10. While the corn is still hot, roll it in grated Parmesan cheese to coat evenly.
  11. Garnish with extra parsley or a sprinkle of chili flakes for added flavor.
