Air Fryer Hot Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 4 8-inch tortillas
  • 8 slices Black Forest Chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

Method
 

  1. Air Fryer Method:
  2. Warm the tortillas: Place them on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-30 seconds until soft and pliable.
  3. Prep the air fryer: Preheat to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble wraps: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each tortilla. Top with 2 slices of Chicken ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. Roll tightly: Fold the sides inward and roll each tortilla like a burrito. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Air fry: Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, checking halfway, until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve: Let cool slightly, slice in half or diagonally, and enjoy!
  8. Oven Method:
  9. Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
  10. Prepare wraps: Follow the same steps for warming tortillas, spreading condiments, and adding ham and cheese.
  11. Roll and butter: Fold tortillas tightly, brush with melted butter, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  12. Bake: Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  13. Serve: Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Warming tortillas makes them easier to roll.
For even browning, check wraps halfway through cooking in the air fryer.
