Method
- Air Fryer Method:
- Warm the tortillas: Place them on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-30 seconds until soft and pliable.
- Prep the air fryer: Preheat to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Assemble wraps: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each tortilla. Top with 2 slices of Chicken ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
- Roll tightly: Fold the sides inward and roll each tortilla like a burrito. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Air fry: Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, checking halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, slice in half or diagonally, and enjoy!
- Oven Method:
- Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare wraps: Follow the same steps for warming tortillas, spreading condiments, and adding ham and cheese.
- Roll and butter: Fold tortillas tightly, brush with melted butter, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake: Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Warming tortillas makes them easier to roll.
For even browning, check wraps halfway through cooking in the air fryer.
