Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cups chopped green cabbage
  • cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Brown ground meat and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in cabbage, rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
